In this hands-on cooking class, students-turned-chef masters will gain practical experience cooking intricate meals with this skilled chef. The May 24 selection will be:

    Gnocchi and sauce

    Roasted veggies and greens w/ homemade, Stony Brook dressing

    Oatmeal shortbread cookies

    You will prepare the majority of the meal, while also enjoying one-on-one instruction and a cooking demonstration by the chef. Afterward, sit down and sip a complimentary glass of wine while you indulge in your creation!
