Learn the ins and the outs of cooking techniques, how to dial in flavor profiles, and the art of food and wine pairing from Fox Run's highly acclaimed Chef, Brud Holland. In this hands-on cooking class, students-turned-chef masters will gain practical experience cooking intricate meals with this skilled chef. Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, the April 27 selection will be:
Gulf Shrimp and Grouper Ceviche
Chicken Mole Enchiladas
Bean, Corn, and Chili Salsa
You will prepare the majority of the meal, while also enjoying one-on-one instruction and a cooking demonstration by the chef. Afterward, sit down and sip a complimentary glass of wine while you indulge in your creation!

Please reserve your seat 48 hours before the event. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and will be charged the morning of the event. Cancellations required 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours of event will be charged a 50% deposit, and no call/ no show reservations will be charged the full amount.
