This menu is inspired by and hinges on procuring the finest quality ingredients, both locally and from afar. Each course delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run's wines—a combination that will warm your heart and soul.
Let us indulge you with five delicious courses paired with five incredible wines. Rumor has it our winemakers are planning on sharing one or two of their favorites from the Fox Run Library. These are choice wines that we've aged to optimum maturity, and are only available at this dinner. This is truly a unique event that you do not want to miss!
Course 1: Cream & Green Pea Soup, Smoked Bacon “dipper”, Cheddar Biscuits- 2016 Reserve Chardonnay
Course 2: Curly Shrimp & Lobster Cannelloni with Oven Dried Tomatoes, Muranda “Lady of the Lake”- 2014 Blanc de Blancs
Course 3: Roasted Chicken & Smoked Ham wrapped in Savoy Cabbage, Mashed Kennebec Potatoes, and a Raspberry Traminette Glaze- 2012 Dry Riesling
Course 4: Roasted Beet Salad, Pickled Red Onions Dressing, Soft Boiled Egg, Maggie's Greens- 2017 Semi-Dry Riesling

Reservations must be made by February 13 online or by calling 315-536-4616. There is a maximum of 40 seats available.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and will be charged the morning of the event.
Cancellations required 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours of event will be charged a 50% deposit, and no call/ no show reservations will be charged the full amount.
