Enjoy an in-depth discussion of food and wine pairings in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country!
Join us as Winemaker Peter Bell & Chef Brud Holland guide us through the building blocks of food and wine pairings. Each of the 3 courses will build upon the principles chefs and winemakers use when collaborating on food and wine pairing. Learning the foundation will give you the tools to make your own pairings with confidence at home.
We will be hosting one Tasting Blocks Dinner in 2018 on Friday, September 28 at 6:30 pm.
The cost is $75 per person + tax. The total including tax is not shown when you reserve your seats but will be added when a credit card is charged.
Reservations must be made by the Tuesday before the desired Friday event online or by calling 315-536-4616. We do require a minimum of 10 seats reserved in order to host the dinner. There is a maximum of 30 seats available.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and will be charged the morning of the event.
Cancellations required 24 hours in advance; cancellations within 24 hours of event will be charged a 50% deposit, and no call/ no show reservations will be charged the full amount.
