We are always looking for exciting new wineries to add to the VinoVisit portfolio. Please tell us a little about yourself and the winery you would like to recommend and we will get in touch. Thanks!
A private experience between you or your party and a host.
Private events will only allow one party/person to book a specific date & time.
After one reservation has been booked, no other reservations for that same date & time will be allowed.
Does VinoVisit charge my Credit Card?
You will NEVER see a charge from VinoVisit on your Credit Card statement resulting from a reservation that you book. We do however, allow the wineries where you are booking events to charge through our system. You will see a separate charge from each winery where you book an event.
You may see a charge on your card from VinoVisit if the event host chooses to use our payment gateway. In these instances, we charge your card on behalf of the host. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable even when VinoVisit is not charging your credit card. Please reach out to the Event Host if you have any questions regarding the event.
How is the "Due Today" amount determined?
Each event is setup differently. Some wineries choose to charge for all or some of the event price at the time of booking while others may choose to charge at the time of the event. The amount Due Today will include the costs of all events which are setup to charge the day of booking.

We craft our wines to express their place of origin, revealing
elegance, intensity and rich, full character. Old estate vines –
some of the oldest in the valley – are dry farmed for intense, rich
flavors and aromas. Winemaker Kat Doescher nurtures the fruit
of each harvest by hand-picking and cluster-sorting to allow each
vintage to unfold with a unique imprint of time and place.
A contemporary tasting room honors the estate’s rich history in a
fusion of rustic warmth and modern style. Ease into rich leather
armchairs, savor at an ancient oak table or taste at our expansive
bar and unwind in a casual, service-focused experience.
We believe sustainable practices – like composting, cover cropping, dry farming and deficit irrigation – are simply the right things to do, as evidenced by our certification from the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance.
When you nurture the land as it was meant to be, the grapes become more concentrated and the wine more intense and complex. It’s what the original founders of Madrone Estate knew to be true back in 1863, and what we’re preserving for generations to come.
Come see our legacy first-hand on an Estate Winery Tour through old vines and the original 1886 barrel cellar. Please call the tasting room to inquire about our tour. You can reach us at 707-939-4510.
