Does VinoVisit charge my Credit Card?
You will NEVER see a charge from VinoVisit on your Credit Card statement resulting from a reservation that you book. We do however, allow the wineries where you are booking events to charge through our system. You will see a separate charge from each winery where you book an event.
You may see a charge on your card from VinoVisit if the event host chooses to use our payment gateway. In these instances, we charge your card on behalf of the host. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable even when VinoVisit is not charging your credit card. Please reach out to the Event Host if you have any questions regarding the event.
How is the "Due Today" amount determined?
Each event is setup differently. Some wineries choose to charge for all or some of the event price at the time of booking while others may choose to charge at the time of the event. The amount Due Today will include the costs of all events which are setup to charge the day of booking.

When Ed Madronich found land on the Twenty Mile Bench he snatched it up. With the slope and soil just like those of the great vineyards of Burgundy, he knew he was on to a great thing. Today Flat Rock owns about 80 acres of vineyards, all planted with cool climate varietals that excel on the Twenty Mile Bench – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling and a little Gewürztraminer. Owning our vineyards gives us total control over the care of the grapes from start to finish. Our grapes are cropped when necessary throughout the growing season, we like to give them plenty of breathing room on the vine – doing so ensures the quality of the fruit and the intensity of varietal character you’ll find in our wines. In the vineyard, our winemaker, Ross Wise, is a real ‘hands on’ guy – the vines are managed completely by hand, from the first pruning in March, to crop thinning in August, to hand-picking and sorting at harvest time. We’re casual, laid back and love to talk about wine…why we like a wine… why you like a wine…and how the winemaking process contributes to making it a wine you like. At Flat Rock events and sessions, don’t worry about having to detect overripe passionfruit, wet dog or multigrain bread in your glass. You can’t see colour through someone else’s eyes and you certainly can’t taste through someone else’s taste buds… but, you know what you like, so play with that, own it.
