Does VinoVisit charge my Credit Card?
You will NEVER see a charge from VinoVisit on your Credit Card statement resulting from a reservation that you book. We do however, allow the wineries where you are booking events to charge through our system. You will see a separate charge from each winery where you book an event.
You may see a charge on your card from VinoVisit if the event host chooses to use our payment gateway. In these instances, we charge your card on behalf of the host. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable even when VinoVisit is not charging your credit card. Please reach out to the Event Host if you have any questions regarding the event.
How is the "Due Today" amount determined?
Each event is setup differently. Some wineries choose to charge for all or some of the event price at the time of booking while others may choose to charge at the time of the event. The amount Due Today will include the costs of all events which are setup to charge the day of booking.

Artesa is owned by the Codorníu Raventos family, the oldest winemaking family in Spain, who has been making wine for over 460 years. Artesa, meaning "handcrafted" in Catalan, produces small lots of ultra-premium still and sparkling wines with several distinct bottlings. Our premier vineyard is located on a 352-acre sea-facing hillside in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. The rocky soils and coastal climate of this terroir is ideal for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
The Visitor Center at Artesa is accessible by a sweeping staircase bordered by cascading waterfalls, reflecting pools and an abstract grapevine sculpture. At the top, visitors are met with panoramic views of Los Carneros, Napa Valley and the San Pablo Bay juxtaposed against a modernist interior, full of rich woods, our salon bar made of authentic Spanish tile, expanses of glass, and a tranquil courtyard. Artesa’s Winemaker is Ana Diogo-Draper, who was born and raised in Portugal. Diogo-Draper, joined Artesa in 2013 and became the Director of Winemaking in 2015, the first woman to hold the top winemaking position at Artesa. She credits her professional success to a passion for agriculture and winemaking, nurtured from a young age in Portugal when she first planted vines with family and neighbors immersed in the European tradition of wine appreciation. Known for her collaborative approach, Diogo-Draper thrives in the fast-paced winery environment and excels at a wide diversity of roles from laboratory analysis and quality control assurance to creative applications such as sensory analysis and blending. In addition to the three tasting flights available daily in our tasting room, Artesa offers exclusive food and wine pairing experiences such as the Vino con Queso, our wine & cheese pairing; Pintxos and Wine, our food and wine pairing inspired by northern Spain; and Chocolate Indulgence, our chocolate truffle & wine pairing. Make a reservation to join us for distinctive artisanal wines, culture, and heritage. Salud!
