  1. On the VinoVisit.com Home page OR Search page, type the name of a winery, wine region, or place/location/area that you'd like to visit (as you type, some suggestions will appear to assist you in your search).
  2. Select the number of guests in your party.
  3. Clicking "Search" will then dipslay a list of wineries/locations on the left and a map with a "pin" for each winery/location that is hosting an event on the right.
  4. Click on any winery or "pin" to see a list of events and to add them to your Itinerary builder.
  5. When you are done adding events to your Itinerary, click on the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the form to complete the reservation process.

Yes! (and no...) VinoVisit.com does NOT charge a reservation, booking, or "convenience" fee as many other sites do. Wineries (and other event hosts) however, can charge for the events they host and the pricing for each event will be listed.

VinoVisit.com takes your credit card information for the winery tasting or tour cost or deposit. If you are charged for a deposit it will be processed by the winery according to thier reservation cancellation and deposit policies on the winery's Profile page. VinoVisit is not responsible for winery enforcement of reservation cancellation and deposit policies. Please contact the winery directly for specific information regarding their policies.

Due to security reasons we cannot send you your password. We can however allow you to reset your password as long as you have access to the email address on record for your account.

  1. Click the Log In link at the top of VinoVisit.com.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link on the log in form.
  3. Enter your email address, click "Reset Password", and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

This message indicates that your email address was used at some point in the past to book a reservation at a winery who uses in VinoVist.com. If this happens to you, please follow the "Forgot Password" steps to get a Reset Password link emailed to you so that you can access your account.

  3. Click the appropriate action in the list of Upcoming Reservations to complete your edits/modifications.

Note: If you can NOT Edit or Cancel a reservation on the My Reservations page, edits may be restricted by the winery. Please contact the winery directly at the phone number listed in the winery's profile or on the reservation confirmation email you received when you booked your reservation.

Because every event is different, when booking a reservation the minimum time to cancel will be displayed for each event.

Wineries have individual no-show and cancellation policies so you will need to check the winery's profile page for specific details regarding the ramifications of a "no-show".
