How do I make a reservation at a winery?
Search for a winery on the VinoVisit.com Home Page by entering the date and time you wish to visit a winery, the wine region you'd like to visit and the number of people in your party. Review the wineries and the event times offered. Click on an event times to add them to your Itinerary builder. When all the tastings (events) are in your Itinerary click on the “Book Reservations” icon and complete the booking process.
Are reservations on VinoVisit.com Free?
Yes, Reservations on VinoVisit.com are free.
VinoVisit.com takes your credit card information for the winery tasting or tour deposit. If you are charged for a deposit it will be processed by the winery and listed on your credit card under the winery's name. Please review winery reservation cancellation and deposit policies on the winery's Profile page. VinoVisit is not responsible for winery enforcement of reservation cancellation and deposit policies. Please contact the winery directly.
Why do you take my credit card number if reservations are free?
VinoVisit.com reservations are free. We take credit card information for wineries to charge visitors a deposit for tastings. If you are charged for a deposit it will be listed on your credit card under the winery's name. Please review winery reservation cancellation and deposit policies on the winery's Profile page. VinoVisit is not responsible for winery enforcement of reservation cancellation and deposit policies please contact the winery directly.
How do I get my password or user name if lost?
Attempt to login to VinoVisit.com. If your password or username is not valid a form will be provided for you to enter the email address used to register your account on VinoVisit.com and a new temporary one will be sent.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Login to VinoVisit.com and click on the "Edit Profile" link at the top of the page. On the "Reserved Tastings tab find the reservation to be cancelled and click on "Cancel".
Call the winery and request they cancel the reservation for you.
How do I change a reservation?
Contact the winery directly to change a reservation. The phone number can be found on the winery's Profile page.
What is your no-show or cancellation policy?
Wineries have individual no-show and cancellation policies. Check the winery's profile page for details. The Itinerary includes the minimum time to cancel a winery reservation according to their policies.
